The neon fusilier is a small electric-blue fish with a yellow stripe on its back, forming large mobile schools that filter plankton. When chased, it takes refuge in crevices of the reef.
Did you know?
In Tahitian it is called ʻurie (or uri). A school of fusiliers is a classic scene of the lagoon.
